BMW Golf Cup Overseas Golf Experience.

• What is provided within the Golf Experience Package?

  The package is inclusive of 

  • 3 rounds of 18 holes at BRG Da Nang Golf Resort, Hoiana Shores Golf Club and Ba Na Hills Club with shared golf cart and green fees and caddy fees.
  • 3 nights stay in Hilton Da Nang
  • 1 round trip Singapore Airlines Economy flight ticket to Da Nang, Vietnam
  • All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) 
  • All land transfers in Da Nang
  • Excludes land transfers in Singapore, visa application charges (if required), excess baggage charges and travel insurance

• What would be the pairing during the golf game? Can I pick my own flight pairing?

  During the golf event, each player will participate in a flight of four and play together. On the first day, a practice round will take place, allowing players to select their own flight pairing. However, on the second day, during the tournament round, flight pairing will be randomized based on each player’s handicap. It is important to note that no flight pairing requests will be accommodated according to tournament rules

• If I win the qualifying round, when will I be informed that I have advanced to the BMW Golf Cup National Final 2023? How will I be informed about the details on my participation on BMW Golf Cup National Final 2023? 

  After the tournament round on Day 3, there will be a Prize Presentation Dinner where we will be announcing the winners for

  Winners will receive an email from BMW Golf concierge nearer to the date of National Final to confirm their registration.

• Will the winner of the qualifying round have to pay for their participation fee for the BMW Golf Cup National Final 2023? Can I choose to play in either the social or tournament day?

  BMW Owners who emerge as the winner of the BMW Overseas Golf Experience are guaranteed a slot in BMW Golf Cup National Final. Tournament entry is non-transferable under any circumstances. 

  Non-BMW Owners who win the BMW Golf Cup National Final in any category will be acknowledged as the 1st place winner but are not be able to represent Singapore in the BMW Golf Cup World Final.

• Yes, you will be able to select up to a total number of 3 attendees (+ 1 player) to form a full flight to be part of the golfing experience when you register for the event. However, note that this is not guaranteed and subject to availability.

• Do I need to apply for visa to travel to Da Nang?

  Holders of any ASEAN Citizens passport travel visa-free in Da Nang, Vietnam for up to 30 days. Find more Travel Visa details here.

  Singaporeans are strongly encouraged to e-register with MFA, https://eregister.mfa.gov.sg, so that they can be contacted if the need arises.

• In the event if I am tested positive for covid, what is the protocol?

  If you are tested positive and wish to drop out, we can try and assist to fill up the package with another attendee to reduce any loss. Please note that all packages are non-refundable and must be paid in advance. Flight expenses may or may not be refunded depending on the airline.

• BMW Overseas Golf Experience 2023, held in Da Nang on 18 October 2023 is the qualifying tournament to determine the individual winner of each of the 3 in the BMW Golf Cup National Final held at Tanah Merah Country Club.

• BMW Owners who emerge as the winner of the BMW Overseas Golf Experience are guaranteed a slot in BMW Golf Cup National Final. Tournament entry is non-transferable under any circumstances.

• For non-BMW Owners who win the BMW Golf Cup National Final in any category will be acknowledged as the 1st place winner but not be able to represent Singapore in the BMW Golf Cup World Final.

• No player is permitted to participate in the BMW Golf Cup World Final more than once in his/her lifetime.

Tournament play

• Flight pairing is strictly not allowed.
• Player's score card must be validated by all flight members before submission in order to qualify.
• Player's score card must be submitted within 20 minutes from end of play.
• Tournament players are eligible to participate in all novelty holes, hole-in-ones and lucky draw.
• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to reject any entry or make amendments to the entry requirements.

Social Play

• Flight pairing requests will be taken into consideration.
• Player's score card will not be submitted for The BMW Golf Cup National Final 2023 Tournament.
• Social players are eligible to participate in all novelty holes, hole-in-ones and lucky draw.

• Any dispute and/or appeal that arises during the tournament must be put forward to the Tournament Committee as soon as practicable upon completion of the tournament, and no later than 30 minutes after completion of the play.

• The penalty of disqualification may, in exceptional cases, be waived, modified or imposed by the Tournament Committee.

• If a referee has been appointed by the Tournament Committee, his decision is final. In the absence of a referee, any dispute and/or appeal of the Rules shall be referred to the Tournament Committee whose decision shall be final.

• BMW Asia Pte Ltd, Eurokars Auto Pte Ltd, Performance Motors Ltd, the Tournament Committee and their staff shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or harm or any form of injuries the participants of the tournament may suffer as a result of their participation in this tournament.

• BMW Asia Pte Ltd, Eurokars Auto Pte Ltd, Performance Motors Ltd, and its agencies reserve the right to use any name, photograph, and/or video of any player taken during the course of the event for advertising, promotions and trade.
